Sometimes clients will come in to ask for cover ups of pieces done at other studios. Often these pieces are large, and clients mention that they felt uncomfortable during the tattooing process, and with the direction that the original artist was going in. In spite of this, they did not speak up because they were shy or embarrassed.
Whilst we do expect a level of trust from our clients, both in our talent and what we can execute, we would absolutely hate for you to go home with something that you knew that you weren’t happy with.
It is of course important to remember that stencils and designs look different to the final product, however, if we don’t know your concerns from the get go, we cannot address them and we cannot manage your expectations.
We would like everyone to be proud of the work that they get from us, and with that in mind, if you are not happy, please speak up before we get you into a position that neither you nor the studio are comfortable with.
We understand that no one wants to offend , however, it is FAR more difficult to fix an existing piece than just to get it right from the get go.
